    We roast to order in Utah. Green coffee is purchased in small quantities and roasted to order to ensure every bag ships at its peak. Availability is intentionally limited, reflecting our commitment to freshness over volume and quality over convenience.

    This is a small operation by design. Both roasting, and daily operations and customer experience run by family. By remaining closely involved at every level, we’re able to make careful, consistent decisions and maintain a direct connection to the people who drink our coffee. Staying small allows us to preserve clarity, accountability, and a level of care that would be impossible at scale.
