The farm sits at approximately 1,640 meters above sea level and cultivates Caturra, Sarchimor, Catimor, and Geisha varieties. The coffee is fully washed, allowing the character imparted by the region, elevation, and varieties to present with greater clarity.
The cup presents a pleasant balance between brightness and sweetness, with a smooth body and a delicate floral character layered over cocoa, milk chocolate, almond, and caramel.
