The blend is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a water-based decaffeination method that produces a coffee that is approximately 99.9% caffeine-free while preserving much of the coffee's inherent flavor and character.
The resulting cup is characterized by bright citrus acidity, good body, milk-chocolate sweetness, and excellent balance. The Indonesian component contributes additional depth and body, while the Central and South American coffees provide the clean sweetness and brightness that keep the blend lively.
Our Full City roast brings the components together with a richer body and developed chocolate sweetness while maintaining enough acidity to keep the cup crisp and balanced.
